Snoozing between touches and thoughts, libido mediates our arousal and ignites our desire. Again and again, a burning passion teases us with the fleeting intensification of bodily sensations and lost pants. Whether felt as a welcome loss of critical thinking, or carrying revolutionary potential, it has shaped our lives, relationships, stories, and aesthetics throughout history. At the same time, libido itself has been subjected to socio-political forces that continue to suppress, manipulate, and demonise sexual desires. 

Though often perceived as deeply personal and inward, could libido instead be the pulse of our entangled bodies, exposing our desires as anything but our own?
