Caesura is Latin for ‘cutting’, and describes pauses and breaks in poetry; gaps in the flow of things that interrupt or give time for breath. In this issue we linger with feelings of in-betweenness, stoppage and aftermath–carving out moments outside of productivity: in looking, limbo, boredom and reverie.
We kill time or compress it, through interstices of windows, eyes, lenses. We seek out sites of stoppage for their radical potential.
