Easy Pasta is the third cookbook from Copenhagen's restaurant Osteria 16. It's a cookbook made from energy, passion, and good ingredients. It brings together 36 simple pasta dishes, showing how much can be created with just a few quality ingredients. The recipes are intuitive and uncomplicated – designed to inspire and celebrate the joy of simplicity.

There is also a section of sauces that makes your pasta both tasteful and easy to prepare. In addition, the book features visual collage spreads with a lot of photos from our travels around Italy, as well as recommendations for restaurants we have visited.
