Easy Pasta is the third cookbook from Copenhagen's restaurant Osteria 16. It's a cookbook made from energy, passion, and good ingredients. It brings together 36 simple pasta dishes, showing how much can be created with just a few quality ingredients. The recipes are intuitive and uncomplicated – designed to inspire and celebrate the joy of simplicity.

There is also a section of sauces that makes your pasta both tastefull and easy to prepare. In addition, the book features visual collage spreads with alot of photos from our travels around Italy, as well as recommendations for restaurants we have visited.
